Fond farewell

Legendary talk-show host Marilyn Denis bid adieu to “The Marilyn Denis Show” on Friday after 13 seasons on CTV and 34 years on Canadian daytime TV. Specials guests on her last show, “The Final Farewell,” which was taped at Bell Media Studios on June 1, included such luminaries as Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Lynn Crawford, Steven Sabados, Meredith Shaw and the Juno-winning rock band Glass Tiger. But Denis will still be around. She’ll continue to co-host “Marilyn Denis and Jamar” weekday mornings on CHUM 104.5 and present her podcast series, “Marilyn Denis Does a Podcast,” on iHeartRadio.
