Far from any soaring speculation, this latest rambling diatribe from (Blue Jays GM) Ross Atkins informs us of nothing. Why won’t Toronto baseball writers ask difficult questions of Blue Jays’ management? Here’s one: why shouldn’t the scouting department of the be eviscerated given the team has brought almost no one of consequence to the majors for two decades, especially pitchers?
